Tech Sourcing Specialist (12-Month Contract) - Geylang

Location: Central Region

• Manage and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, screening, and referrals across multiple complex technical roles at various seniority levels.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle to meet business hiring goals.
• Develop a strong understanding of business needs and effectively manage stakeholder relationships, including HR, hiring teams, and external partners.
• Lead innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects, and continuously optimize existing processes to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct detailed market research and data analysis, providing accurate, value-driven talent insights to support strategic business growth.
• Prequalify candidates to assess their suitability for open roles and ensure alignment with job requirements and team needs.
• Oversee the interview scheduling process and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience, promoting the company as an employer of choice.

• Proven experience using research and sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other advanced techniques) to identify and engage passive talent, particularly within the tech or internet industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of data to support hiring decisions and business strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume sourcing environment, either within an agency or an in-house recruiting team.
• Experience collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners across different geographies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
