Geylang - Software Developer | Java

Salary: Up to $7,200 (VB + AWS)

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java-based technologies, backend development, and system integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and efficient software solutions.

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain essential business applications and systems integrations.
• Uphold best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Engage actively in all phases of software development.
• Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and architects to design and develop applications.
• Conduct peer reviews of design solutions and code.
• Manage deployments and support post-implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application issues.
• Provide maintenance support, including after-hours as needed, to address system deficiencies.
• Analyse service interdependencies to enhance system efficiency.
• Identify and document opportunities for application and process improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality development solutions.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Degree in engineering related or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis and web application
• Knowledge in Java, RESTful API, HTML, CSS, Oracle
