IT Project Manager – FPSO Project - Geylang

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project’s IT deliverables, managing teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT systems and infrastructure for the FPSO project.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of IT equipment and software on-site and in the office.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, operations) to ensure IT solutions meet project requirements.
• Manage IT vendors and third-party contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including senior management, contractors, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant IT security, safety, and industry standards.
• Manage IT support and troubleshooting during the project’s execution phase, both remotely and on-site.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the offshore or energy sector.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, networks, and systems for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with FPSO or other offshore projects is highly desirable.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional departments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of IT security and data management practices.
• Ability to work both on-site and in an office environment, with flexibility for occasional travel.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification.
• Knowledge of FPSO-specific IT systems and technologies.
• Familiarity with offshore safety and compliance regulations.
