Our client designs and manufactures scientific instruments for high-level research and development activities. Currently looking for a Service Engineer to provide support to the customer.
【 Responsibilities 】- Provide technical support, including setup, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
- Deliver after-sales service by troubleshooting and resolving equipment failures at customer sites.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
- Variable Bonus (Based on individual and company performance)
- Annual Leave: 12 days (2nd year: 14 days, up to 20 days)
- Medical Leave: 14 days
- Transport Allowance: $100 per month
【 Requirement & Preferences 】
(Must)- Diploma or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply!
- Customer-focused and service-oriented.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel, including overseas assignments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of Scanning Electron Microscopes and their applications is a plus.
