Job Title: Solution Sales Architect, Data Automation Practice

We aim to find a Data Automation Solution Sales Architect to lead day-to-day sales engineering activities, solution sales, effort estimation, proposal development, scope definition, solution design, project planning, service delivery, automation implementation, testing, and ongoing support within our Data Automation ( Xceptor) Practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide presales effort to scope and validate solution, estimate effort, define hardware/software, specify skills/expertise, identify risks, list assumptions and draft technical proposal to support creation of presentations and responses to client requests for proposals or quotations.
• Investigate problem areas, determine operational feasibility and solution-fit by evaluating analysis, problem definition, user requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.
• Build, document and demonstrate convincing solutions by developing demo kits, documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standard and programs.
• Develop holistic software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users and understanding and documenting systems flow, data usage and work processes.
• Engineer technical solutions and delivery models to determine total cost to customer with Director, Managers and Leads to make ROI business case, supporting wing-to- wing from presales and order to completion and operations.
• Co-own and deliver on data automation business goals in partnership with Sales and Practice Lead including revenue and margin targets, including identification and development of strategy and tactics for respective segments and markets as applicable.
• Conduct weekly and adhoc trainings and updates on products and practices to members, including content and materials creation for internal and external audiences.
• Keep abreast and up-to-date with all changes, upgrades, revisions, issues, limitations, features, capabilities of automation platform and products, with initial emphasis Xceptor and on expanding to related technologies.
• Provide design and delivery expertise and support in all aspects of platform, product, infrastructure and networking technology, design, licensing, installation, implementation, integration, go-live, maintenance and support.
• Develop and create use case and/or case study pptx templates, gather and review information/data and recorded videos for their creation from delivery teams and/or consultants and driving wing-to-wing for completeness and high-quality, tracking and escalating late and non-submissions, including regular cadences with project managers/leads to ensure same.
• Regularly review and check condition of use case/case study pptx and related documents to ensure up-to-date and file(s) integrity, updating versions as required, organizing and storing as a catalogue of success stories to support growth and sales activities across the companies.
• Requisite, create and setup environment for testing and demonstrating data automation and related technologies, platforms and products, documenting same for training and enablement, doing same for consultants to learn, experiment, prototype, proof-of-concept and pilot, providing technical guidance, validation, fixing and feedback on their efforts.
• As solutions lead when assigned to delivery, to manage internal project team members, vendors and subcontractors to deliver projects with quality as a priority, on schedule and within cost including progress reporting, project planning, issue/risk tracking, scope control and documentation.
• Ensure and advise project manager/lead on the sufficiency of all licenses (without excess), their validity and extension/renewal for current project(s), capacity upscale(s) and up/cross-sells, including creating and maintaining asset repository.
• Ensure adherence to assigned project/workstream, schedule(s), quality of output/outcome(s), accuracy and timeliness in delivering documentations, codes, functionalities, reports and securing client signoffs, escalating to project managers/leads on delays, impacts, and the like within 2 days of occurrence.
• Conduct requirement gathering and provide to-be solutions on the requirements, develop BRD, design, develop and implement solution, prepare test scripts and conduct unit testing, UAT and SIT, prepare materials for and conduct training and support through warranty.
• Conduct technical screening and interviews, including creation of online questionnaire for first-level elimination of candidates.
• Manage multiple and changing priorities, assume other duties as required/directed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms e.g., Xceptor) and related technologies, as well as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data modelling, and system integrations.
• Experience in validating, and estimating technical solutions, as well as define hardware/software requirements and draft technical proposals.
• Proven track record in evaluating problem areas, gathering user requirements, and designing customized software solutions.
• Expertise in creating demo kits, technical documentation, flowcharts, and presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing internal project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Proficient in conducting requirement gathering, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and preparing test scripts for UAT and SIT.
• Ability to respond to client RFPs, prepare technical proposals, and effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leadership in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business goals.
• Experience in successful history of leading projects from presales to delivery, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and client satisfaction.
