Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function, develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensure operational excellence in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including hiring plans, forecasting, and market trend analysis
Manage recruitment expenditures, track key metrics, and drive cost savings
Foster a strong employment brand and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Supervise and develop the recruitment team to achieve operational efficiency

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition management or a similar HR role
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, industry trends, and recruitment guidelines
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
