Responsibilities:

Support the Operations/Logistics Manager in daily tasks.
Process customer orders and monitor shipment status.
Coordinate shipments with forwarders and truckers.
Prepare and generate shipment reports.
Update and maintain shipping documents.
Handle customer invoicing.
Assist in daily reporting and data support.
Perform shipment declarations.

Requirements:

Proficient in permit declarations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
Familiar with SAP, WMS, and Microsoft Office applications.
Candidates with no experience can apply as on-the-job training is provided.
Strong customer service skills with good interpersonal and communication abilities.
Positive, independent, meticulous, and a team player.
Experience in data entry, handling customer inquiries, and processing orders.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a non-aircon warehouse environment.
