Quality Assurance Supervisor / Manager - Geylang

Responsibilities:,

• Manage a team of over 20 people, establishing work procedures and internal guidelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for quality assurance standards.
• Plan and execute corporate training programs and creating training materials and QA documentation to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality performance of sales staff.
• Conduct assessments (written & practical) to evaluate trainee and sales trainee performance, ensuring that QA documentation is in place to track performance standards and improvements.
• Lead the team in task distribution, enhancing staff quality and creating and updating QA documentation to monitor and maintain staff performance in line with quality standards. Lead the team in task distribution, enhancing staff quality to effectively fulfill responsibilities.
• Execute in operations and sales training
• Maintain and up-to-date training material and records
• Update staff training record regularly
• Assist Department Head for implementation of sales strategies for business growth if necessary
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary school/ “O” level
• Minimum 4-5 year working experiences in training position or in sales / service industry
• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
• Strong marketing sense
• Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
• Aggressive, outgoing, initiative and responsible person
• Quality Assurance and Leadership skills in leading a team
