About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Full Time Luxury Goods Valuer Assistants to join our team at E-FRAN SG PTE LTD'. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region. As a Luxury Goods Valuer , you will play a crucial role in supporting our experts in accurately assessing and appraising a wide range of luxury goods, contributing to the smooth operations of our business.

What you'll be doing

・Provide visiting customers with a high-quality purchase service experience.

・Taking photos of the products brought in by customers with a smartphone
Send the photos to the company's appraisal department, and you will receive the appraisal results.
Based on these results, you will make a proposal to the customer about the purchase price.
・Overseas export of purchased products.
・Translation/Interpreting.
・Shop management.

・Preparing regular reports for the Japanese headquarters.

What we're looking for

【Required】

・High school graduate or above.
・Business level Japanese or English.

・Mandatory participation in training in Japan. *Approximately one month.

【Welcome】

・Female staff currently active.
・Experienced people are preferred.
