Executive / Executive Assistant, Healthcare (Operations) - Bukit Batok

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and support departmental meetings.
• Work with Nurse Managers and Clinicians to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead projects to improve care delivery in Operating Theatre (OT) settings.
• Review and enhance departmental processes to improve patient experience and efficiency.
• Assist with the budgeting process, including CAPEX and OPEX recommendations and budget monitoring.
• Handle procurement activities, including data gathering, product evaluation, and vendor negotiations.
• Manage contracts to ensure consistent supply of necessary products.
• Monitor and forecast inventory levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Business or relevant field
• Familiarity with clinical operations are advantageous but not a prerequisite
• IT Savvy
