Support email marketing campaigns with data-driven insights, AI automation, and advanced analytics in the eCommerce wellness industry. Collaborate with the sales teamto develop dashboards, visualize data, and provide actionable insights to drive performance and optimize engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

This full-time, permanent role is part of the CRM team and reports to the Team Lead.

Work setup: Hybrid – 2 days WFH and 3 days in-office (Wed, Thu, Fri).

• Performance Analytics – Track and analyze key email marketing metrics (Open Rate, Click Rate, Revenue per Click, etc.) to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and revenue opportunities.
• Campaign Insights – Lead post-campaign analysis, leveraging advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to provide actionable insights.
• Data Visualization – Develop and maintain DOMO dashboards (or similar tools like Tableau, Power BI) to deliver real-time business insights.
• Predictive Modeling – Design models to forecast sales performance and optimize campaign strategies.
• Automation & AI Integration – Implement AI and automation tools to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making.
• Market & Competitive Analysis – Benchmark industry trends, track competitor performance, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Communicate insights effectively to marketing, CRM, and leadership teams, influencing strategy with data-driven recommendations.

• 3 years in marketing analytics, CRM, or email marketing with a proven ability to drive business impact
• Experience in eCommerce marketing
• Proven capability to provide actionable business insights backed by data
• Expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis
• Proficiency in DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI (DOMO preferred)
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Maropost) and deep knowledge of email marketing KPIs
• Strong understanding of AI and automation tools to improve reporting efficiency
• Ability to develop predictive models and provide data-backed strategic recommendations
• Ability to support the sales team by creating dashboards and data visualizations
• Excellent English communication & presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in eCommerce marketing for the US market
• Wellness industry experience
