About the role
As a Customer Service Officer at Performance Motors Limited, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this full-time position based in Queenstown Central Region, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch support and assistance across multiple communication channels.
What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products, services, and policies
- Handle customer complaints and work to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Process orders, arrange for deliveries, and manage customer accounts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and identify ways to enhance our service offering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the automotive or retail industry
- Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
