Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President (VP) to lead IDC financing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing funding, managing financial partnerships, and developing financing strategies to support the growth and expansion of our IDC business.

• IDC Financing Strategy: Develop and execute financing strategies to support IDC projects and business expansion.
• Fundraising & Capital Management: Secure project financing through equity, debt, and alternative funding sources.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and mitigate financing risks.
• Financial Structuring: Design optimal financial structures for IDC projects, balancing cost efficiency and risk mitigation.
• M&A and Joint Ventures: Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to enhance financial positioning.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with finance teams to plan and manage capital expenditure for IDC investments.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA qualification is preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or IDC financing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IDC investment models, financial structuring, and capital markets.
• Proven track record in securing project financing and managing investor relations.
• Experience in data center, real estate, or infrastructure financing is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
