Human Resource & Finance Executive - Bedok

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resource & Finance Executive to join our team at Swee Bee Contractor Pte. Ltd. in the Paya Lebar East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR and finance-related duties to support the smooth running of our operations.

• Handling HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
• Coordinating with various departments to gather and consolidate data
• Providing administrative support and general office duties as needed

• Proven experience as an HR or finance executive, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and financial software
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with accuracy and precision
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team
