Job Summary:

The Product Manager is responsible for driving the development, launch, and success of products throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive growth and innovation.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to guide product development.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with scientific and regulatory standards.
Market Analysis & Customer Engagement
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities in the immunology and cell biology markets.
  • Represent the company at scientific conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to gather insights and promote products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), researchers, and industry partners to enhance product credibility and adoption.
Product Launch & Marketing
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, such as technical datasheets, application notes, and web content, to drive product adoption.
  • Train and support the sales team with product knowledge, technical expertise, and customer engagement strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with R&D to translate customer feedback into product improvements and innovation opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving product-related inquiries in collaboration with the technical support team.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor product performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to assess market success.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine product strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including new product development, enhancements, phase-outs, and end-of-life decision.

Requirements:

  • Education: Advanced degree (Ph.D., Master’s, or equivalent) in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in product management, marketing, or a related role within the life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of immunology, cell biology, or molecular biology research tools.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards for life science products.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 20-30%).
