Assistant Manager, Asset Support (Property Tax & Arrears Management) - Geylang

• Manage all aspects of property tax, including yearly valuation list review, ad-hoc valuation notice handling, and property tax recovery table reviews.
• Oversee AV-Property Tax & AV-GST for residential properties.
• Collaborate with Group Accounts on payment and receipting information.
• Provide monthly reports on property tax objections and recovery status.
• Support arrears management: Follow-up on payment demands, liaise with external solicitors for debt recovery, and provide regular insights on collections and arrears trends.

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance.
• At least 5 years’ experience in real estate, with a proven track record in property tax assessment (commercial and residential).
• Strong analytical and property valuation skills.
• Highly motivated, meticulous and collaborative team player.
