Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a proven track record of sales success in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote products.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and forecasts accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of proven track record of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare system dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
