Compensation & Benefits Manager - Toa Payoh

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of regional payroll operations in Asia, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance
- Develop and implement competitive compensation structures, including salary ranges, incentive programs, and pay equity strategies
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitive pay practices
- Lead annual salary review, performance-based pay adjustments, and bonus processes across the region
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all aspects of compensation.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs
- Evaluate and optimize benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness across the region
- Utilize HR systems to analyze and report on compensation, benefits, and payroll data
- Monitor key metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in C&B programs
- Provide timely and professional responses to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and payroll
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- IHRP certified preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in regional compensation, benefits, and payroll management in Asia, with hands-on experience in managing payroll systems and compliance being advantageous
- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation, benefits, and payroll frameworks, including market benchmarking tools and country-specific regulations
- Strong understanding of both regional and local payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage sensitive employee data
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
