Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering a positive and memorable experience for every passenger.
- Managing check-in procedures and welcoming passengers as they arrive.
- Ensure the departure process is seamless and efficient for all travelers.
- Support passengers with special needs, offering dedicated assistance as required.
- Delivering customer service in premium lounges at Changi Airport.
