- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Work with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and build audience lists.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
- Address technical issues, including basic HTML troubleshooting when required.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic HTML issues.
