This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and securing new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing and recruitment solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
• Present and pitch staffing solutions to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback.
• Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s services.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-7 years of business development experience in the staffing and recruitment industry.
• Skills & Competencies:

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
