Main Job Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Support: Provide high-quality support for Financial Advisory representatives, assist with new business submissions, commission queries, and distributor relationship management while ensuring prompt and accurate responses to internal and external queries.
• Office Operations & Vendor Management: Oversee office services, including liaising with vendors, managing office supplies, coordinating couriers, and ensuring smooth branch operations in line with business needs.
• Process Improvement & Business Continuity: Assist in identifying process improvements, support the team on policy-related queries, manage business continuity planning (BCP) documentation, and participate in ad-hoc operations or sales projects as needed.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma in relavant subjects
• 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Backgroundf in sales support and customer service
