Events Specialist (Part Time / Freelance Marketing) - Bedok
Job Description:
We are looking for a Events Specialist who can plan and
execute events end to end.
The ideal candidate will lead our event execution, and work with our marketing
and sales team to create success events.
Candidates who have experience running events in the education sector will
be preferred.
The Events Specialist will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, and commit at least two days in a week working in office.
Responsibilities:
Plans, organises and executes company events, including owned
events (face-to-face and virtual), external / sponsored trade shows and
conferences
Coordinates event logistics such as venue selection, budget plan,registration, catering etc.
Manages and creates marketing collateral (including social media,email, event landing page etc.) to promote the events and drive
registration and attendance
Plans and executes event conversion mechanisms to encourage sign-
ups
Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external speakers to ensure event success
Measures, reviews and reports on the success of events and
debrief/feedback
Sources, proposes and executes event partnership and speaking
opportunities
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Experience in event management
- Proficient with Canva, email marketing or related software
