Reporting into the Lead (HR Partnering), you will be a key member of the National University of Singapore's (NUS) HR partnership team, based in the Faculty of Science.
You will provide support in administrative tasks associated with the full spectrum of HR functions which include, but are not limited to Recruitment and Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, performance appraisals, offboarding, etc, across all categories of appointments.
You are expected to work closely with HR functional teams and HR Shared Services team within the Office of Human Resources to meet the needs of the client and the University.
Qualifications- Two or more years of experience in a similar role, ideally in higher education or research sector. Those with no experience are also welcome to apply.
- Degree in any discipline. Additional HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
- Resourceful and meticulous, with good organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of labour legislations and HR best practices is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation.
- Positive work attitude and a keen learner with a "can-do" mind set.
- Team Player, able to consider the interest of the team and the University.
- Meticulous, able to work well under pressure and commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
- IT savvy with proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Proficiency in SuccessFactors will be advantageous.
