A well-established multinational company is looking a Human Resources Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities- Responsible for all-rounded HR management covering C&B, Payroll, Recruitment and Employee Relations etc.
- Formulate HR policies, lead HR functions and strategies.
- Supervise a small team and take care of office admin function.
- Act as a HR Business Partner to provide advise to commercial leaders and management.
- Assist in any ad-hoc admin/ HR duties as required.
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related discipline.
- 10 years of relevant work experience in HR management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality and people centric.
- Knowledge on MS Office applications.
- Effective communications skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
