We are interviewing now for an immediate March 2025 start date and therefore you will need Current and Permanent right to work in Singapore
We will provide full training both in house and external for all successful joiners including : CEI professional license, 6 Weeks Academy- intro to both Candidate and Client side, Classroom based session, Online modules and Return to Desk practical follow ups.
The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will drive new business acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and source high-calibre freelance candidates for critical roles. We put you in the driving seat of your career, a meritocracy where your hard work is rewarded- over 70% of our leaders started as Trainees at Spencer Ogden!
This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Internal or Talent Acquisition role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing, head-hunting and screening candidates through various channels
- Warm business development, lead generation, building and maintaining on Key client relationships.
- Networking and attending industry-specific events
- Meeting activity-based and sales targets on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis

- Graduate or graduate-calibre candidate with relevant sales experience
- A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback
- Proven persistence, consistency, and resilience
- Target-driven with strong attention to detail
- Naturally inquisitive with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Current right to work status in the location you’re applying for
