Bukit Merah - Facilities Technician

Job summary:

• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Work visa can be provided for this role
• Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month
• Immediate start available

1. Perform building/ facilities/ property preventive and ad-hoc maintenance works
2. Supervise maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors
3. Conduct routine building inspections and monitor the performance of the mechanical & electrical systems
4. Carry out breakdown maintenance works (eg. electrical, sanitary, plumbing, painting and building repair works)
5. Attend to breakdown of building services and tenants' service calls
6. Conduct fire and safety procedures
7. Assist and support any adhoc work assigned.

1. Nitec/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. NITEC Skills Certificates in ACMV or M&E services will be advantageous
3. Hands-on skill set in mechanical and electrical systems, with proficiency in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
4. Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
5. Preferably to have a class 3 driving license.
