Senior HR Executive:

• Provide full spectrum HR operations support and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update HR databases, filing systems, and documentation.
• Participate in process improvements, creating SOPs and documentation.
• Handle MOM-related surveys and support ad-hoc HR projects as needed

• Collaborate with department managers to identify resource needs and plan recruitment activities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining a resume database, processing work pass applications, and coordinating accommodations.
• Compile documents for new hires and ensure compliance with onboarding checklists.
• Provide timely updates on sourcing progress and suggest solutions to recruitment challenges.
• Participate in recruitment events and support ad-hoc projects as assigned
