Job Title: Operations Manager

The Operations Manager works closely with other departments to implement strategies, streamline processes, and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements, optimize workflows, and ensure that operational systems are running smoothly.
• Team Leadership & Management: Manage, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve company objectives and deliver exceptional service.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the budget for operational activities, manage resources effectively, and control costs.
• Quality Control: Ensure that operations meet quality standards and comply with legal and industry regulations.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best pricing, delivery, and quality of products/services.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Risk Management: Identify and address operational risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory levels, supply chain processes, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, HR, finance) to ensure smooth operations and alignment of objectives.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Customer Service: Ensure that customer service standards are met, and resolve any operational issues that may affect customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Experience in project management and process optimization
• Knowledge of operational systems, CRM, and business management software
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and quality control processes
