M&E Project Manager (Construction) - Geylang

• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Track project progress, budget, and resources to achieve project goals.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Identify potential issues or discrepancies in the M&E trade and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit reports, updates, and documentation for the project.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, reviewing tender documents for accuracy, and participating in client presentations and meetings for competitive submissions.
• Ensure M&E design solutions are cost-effective, efficient, and meet all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing M&E projects within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of M&E design and requirements
• Good leadership and interpersonal skill
