About the Role
As a Customer Support Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting customers both locally and regionally. Your primary responsibilities will focus on workshop-based repairs, equipment calibration, and inventory management. You will also assist the Primary Support Engineer and, when required, travel overseas to support customer deployments, installations, and technical servicing.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- Strong troubleshooting and system-level repair skills
- Willing to travel for short overseas assignments
- Team player with good communication
