Clinic Assistant in a Dermatology Clinic - Geylang

• Managing clinic reception (Registering patients, responding to enquiries, coordinating appointments, dispensing medication, payment collection)
• Assist in insurance claims and coordination with insurance companies
• Provide advice on pre and post procedure care
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of consultation room and general areas
• Follow-up with patients post procedure and to monitor their progress
• Managing stock and keeping track of inventory
• Assisting the doctor during consultation, surgical, medical and aesthetic procedures
• Cross coverage for other colleagues when they are on leave

• Experience with front desk and customer service duties in a private clinic setting preferred
• Dermatology experience preferred
• Being a team player is critical
• Good interpersonal skills to provide customer service confidently
• Able to perform administrative duties with computer skills
• Able to converse and write in English

• Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
• Saturday: 9am- 1pm
