We're partnering with a pioneering Web3 startup who is looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead. This is a unique opportunity to join a team revolutionizing real-world asset tokenization, bridging traditional finance and decentralized innovation.
Role:
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team.
- Oversee product build and feature rollouts.
- Define and refine engineering processes.
- Collaborate with partners for seamless integrations.
- Drive technical planning and prioritization.
- Architect and develop new features.
- Mentor engineers and foster growth.
- Ensure best practices in development and deployment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Monitor team performance and improve processes.
- Hire and onboard top engineering talent.
You Have:
- Passion for crypto, blockchain, CeFi, and DeFi.
- Degree holder with 5+ years blockchain development experience with proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and Web3 libraries.
- Expertise in smart contract design, testing, and security.
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols and cross-chain solutions.
- Experience with blockchain infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Team leadership experience.
- Understanding of crypto-economics.
- crypto hackathon participations will be a plus.
- Experience in regulated financial environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
