Customer Service (Import Shipment)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import shipments with customers, overseas offices, consignees, customs, and agents, ensuring timely updates and smooth processing.
  • Handle import freight, including cargo release, pick-up arrangements, and documentation (data entry, break bulks, import and GST permits).
  • Follow up with terminal/Airline for shipment clearance matter and shipment survey
  • Issue invoices and required documents to customers, agents, and terminals.
  • Monitor pre-alert shipments from overseas offices and agents.
  • Generate monthly reports for customers as requested.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience in the Airfreight Import
  • Preferably with good knowledge of MS Office and Cargowise (CW1 / if any)
