As an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive for Clinical Services, you will play a crucial role in project management, stakeholder coordination, and support for services within polyclinics and external collaborations. Working closely with clinicians, you will provide administrative support for programmes and projects, monitor key performance indicators, manage data and statistics, and ensure efficient workflows and processes.Your role is vital in implementing SHP's organisational strategies in partnership with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme and Project Management- Lead and implement clinical programmes/projects, ensuring alignment with goals and KPIs
- Develop and optimise workflows and processes in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of clinical information systems to enhance patient care delivery
- Design and implement solutions for clinical orders, medication administration, and documentation
- Develop training materials and conduct user training for clinical IT systems
- Provide secretariat support for relevant committees
- Conduct data extraction, analysis, and dashboard development
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and government bodies
- Support clinical governance initiatives and policy development
- Assist in managing medico-legal cases and clinical complaints
- Contribute to risk management plans and licensing/accreditation processes
- Supervise and mentor staff under your charge (where applicable)
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, biomedical engineering or data analytics
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry or related field preferred
- Strong project management and data analytics skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
