Administrative Assistant
  1. 6 months contract (Dhoby Ghaut)

Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm

Job Scope:

  • Providing operational support in the areas of new business, Financial Representatives enquires and post-sales support.
  • Manage incoming enquires via general enquires mailbox and phone calls.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the completeness of the application document.
  • Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree from a recognized University
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions.
  • Organized, diligent and meticulous, with a keen eye for details.
  • Willing and looking forward to learning new things.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changes.
  • Singaporeans only
  1. 12 months contract (Telok Ayer)

Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm

Job Scope:

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma holder
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Singaporeans only
