Administrative Assistant
- 6 months contract (Dhoby Ghaut)
Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
Job Scope:
- Providing operational support in the areas of new business, Financial Representatives enquires and post-sales support.
- Manage incoming enquires via general enquires mailbox and phone calls.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the completeness of the application document.
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized University
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions.
- Organized, diligent and meticulous, with a keen eye for details.
- Willing and looking forward to learning new things.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changes.
- Singaporeans only
- 12 months contract (Telok Ayer)
Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
Job Scope:
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma holder
- Strong ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Singaporeans only
