We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Operations Specialist with a strong background in fund accounting to join our middle office team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operational management of crypto fund activities, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation, as well as providing support to the front office and working closely with the back office on fund administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fund Accounting & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate records of fund accounting, including daily trade entries, reconciliations of cash, and positions between internal records and external counterparties.
• Trade Support: Monitor, process, and settle crypto transactions while ensuring that trades are accurately captured and validated.
• Valuation & NAV Calculation: Collaborate with fund administrators to oversee timely and accurate calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV) for the funds.
• Client & Counterparty Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the fund and external stakeholders (e.g., custodians, administrators, and auditors) to resolve operational issues.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that fund operations comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC, and prepare operational reports for stakeholders.
• Operational Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks related to fund accounting, trade settlement, and compliance processes.
• System Enhancements: Collaborate with IT and other internal teams to implement and enhance operational systems for better fund management.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund operations, specifically in fund accounting, trade settlement, and reconciliation.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain technology, crypto asset trading, and fund administration processes.
• Familiarity with the regulatory framework surrounding crypto funds, including AML/KYC requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
