We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in Financial Services to collaborate with business and technology teams in defining and delivering target state solutions. This role requires the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, translate business objectives into clear technical requirements, and support the execution of technology-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements for target state solutions.
- Translate business needs into structured specifications for IT and data teams to implement.
- Collaborate with technology teams to support system implementations and ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Provide insights on best practices for solution design and execution within financial services.
- Assist in managing project timelines and resolving challenges through effective collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Ideally 5 + years of experience in Financial Services, with a strong understanding of industry processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to bridge business and technology, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders.
- Experience working on technology-driven projects, such as system implementations or data transformation initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to software development is beneficial but not mandatory.
