• End-to-End HR Operations – Manage the full employee life cycle from hiring to exit, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all.
• Data-Driven HR Management – Be the custodian of our HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data while handling key reports on headcount, HR metrics, and workforce trends.
• Employee Engagement Champion – Drive HR events, initiatives, and programs that foster a great workplace culture.
• HR Compliance & Policies – Ensure HR policies and initiatives align with local statutory requirements and internal best practices.
• Process Improvement & Efficiency – Constantly identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and streamline HR operations.
• Powerful Insights & Presentations – Utilize advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to generate analytics-driven insights and craft impactful presentations for reporting.

• Experience in HR Operations – You know the ins and outs of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills – You love working with numbers and translating HR data into meaningful insights.
• Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are a must!
• Proactive & Resourceful – You take initiative, anticipate needs, and find solutions.
• A Great Team Player – You thrive in collaboration but can also work independently.
