Construction Manager (Onshore Greenfield Project) Oil & Gas - Choa Chu Kang

Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Construction Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties of Construction Manager:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary technical team in planning and executing construction, installation, and pre-commissioning activities for Oil & Gas terminal infrastructure, including process units, utilities, pipelines, and marine facilities.
• Oversee onshore and offshore fabrication in live port environments, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, safety, and quality targets.
• Provide constructability input during planning, ensure contractor capabilities are considered, and enforce technical and HSSE standards.
• Manage contractor performance, support audit activities, and address site queries and changes.
• Facilitate reporting on progress, safety, and cost, while ensuring equipment procurement, preservation, and QA/QC processes meet project standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through leadership, coaching, and participation in reviews (constructability, peer, cold eye) to ensure successful and safe project delivery.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of Construction Manager experience for onshore site/project
• Degree in engineering field
• Experience in verification of fabrication and installation of onshore facilities.
