As an Assistant / Manager (AI and Innovation), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Drive innovation and leverage on AI to enhance clinical and ops processes, towards the goal of improving healthcare delivery, process optimisation and raise productivity.
Forward planning and development of the AI roadmap for the next 5 to 10 years
Drive development of implementation plan for AI adoption, including identification of clinical or ops champions
Lead in change management and establishment of governance for AI adoption within the organization
Lead in seeking out new sources of funding
Develop strategic partnership with key partners for collaboration
Responsible for the overall performance of AIO and the achievement of objectives
Monitor key performance indicators and budget/ resource utilisation, while ensuring resources are used optimally within approved funding/ budget
Provide secretariat support for the Committee meetings and other AIO related meetings
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Possess a Degree in health and social sciences or business
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare sector
