About the Role:- We are seeking a dynamic, consultative sales specialist with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform to drive our ServiceNow service line across ASEAN. Based in Singapore, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both private and public sector clients, building enduring relationships by understanding and addressing their complex business challenges using ServiceNow's innovative capabilities. This role is not just about selling products; it's about leveraging the ServiceNow platform to deliver transformative automation and process solutions that drive real business outcomes.
- Platform Expertise & Consultative Selling: Leverage your deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform-including ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, and custom application development-to engage with clients, understand their unique challenges, and craft tailored solutions that drive meaningful transformation.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with clients and partners, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor.
- Market Leadership & Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies targeted at the ASEAN market, with a focus on both private and public sectors.
- Thought Leadership & Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow innovations, industry trends, and best practices.
- Solution Customization & Value Articulation: Work closely with clients to uncover underlying issues and opportunities, demonstrating how ServiceNow's robust platform can be tailored to address their specific needs.
Present clear, value-driven proposals that articulate the business benefits and ROI of adopting ServiceNow solutions.
Experience & Certifications:- 4-9 years of experience selling professional services and/or ServiceNow solutions.
- Proven track record of engaging with clients on ServiceNow-related projects and demonstrating how the platform can drive business transformation.
- Deep industry expertise in one or more sectors such as Public Sector, Banking, Financial & Insurance Services (BFSI); Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS); Communication, Media & Technology (CMT); Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities (MLEU); Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel & Hospitality (RCGTH); with public sector experience being a strong plus.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct solutions sales experience in the ServiceNow space, managing long sales cycles and cultivating professional relationships.
- ServiceNow certifications or demonstrable expertise in ServiceNow modules and capabilities are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to earn the trust of sophisticated customers and senior executives.
- Familiarity with technology capture processes and a proactive approach to advocating company solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the ASEAN region as required.
