Paralegal – Family & Civil Law - Toa Payoh

We’re a small but busy law firm looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our team in Family and Civil Law matters. If you thrive in a hands-on role where your contributions truly make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting solicitors with case preparation, legal research, and drafting documents.
• Managing client communication and ensuring excellent client service.
• Preparing court forms, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Filing documents with the court and liaising with third parties.
• Maintaining organized case files and keeping track of deadlines.
• Supporting the team in day-to-day administrative tasks when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Law or relevant legal experience.
• Experience in Family and Civil Law (e.g., divorce, child arrangements, contract disputes).
• Strong research, drafting, and organizational skills.
• A friendly and professional approach with clients.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a small team.
