What the role is]

This is a 9-month contract position as Executive/Senior Executive, Learning & Development in the Human Resource & Organisational Development Office.

[What you will be working on]

We are seeking an independent and proactive Learning & Development Executive to join our Human Resource Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to a Manager, you will play a key role in curating and implementing training programmes, managing overseas business/training trips, facilitating industry attachments and engagements, and supporting digitalisation projects.

Design & Implement Training Programmes: Co-design, develop and implement training programmes to enhance staff skills and competencies, ensuring the training initiatives align with organisational goals and staff development needs. Assist with event logistics to ensure a smooth execution such as registration, catering and liaising with vendors.

Overseas Business/Training Trips: Coordinate and manage administration for overseas trips ensuring all travel arrangements are efficiently handled and aligned with organisational policies.

Industry Attachment/Engagements: Facilitate Industry Attachment programmes and engagements to support staff in professional development activities to stay industry relevant.

Professional Membership: Oversee management of professional memberships for staff to support their career growth.

Digitalisation Projects: Support the review and implementation of digitalisation projects to enhance learning and development processes.

[What we are looking for]

Pre-Requisites:

  • Proven experiences in learning and development, training coordination or a similar role. Experience with coordinating travel an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of digitalisation trends and tools an advantage
