Geylang - Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Lead

We are a centrally located boutique firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Team Lead to support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

• Supervising and driving the recruiting team
• Developing connections and new sources of business and relationship management with existing accounts
• Monitoring of various recruiting metrics
• Process improvement by analyzing and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
• Building up the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Business partnering with internal stakeholders to improve current processes and implement new procedures
• Coordinate with various departments to forecast future hiring needs

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry)
• Proven work experience in Managerial / Supervisory level
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and use of data to advice on key business insights
