Warehouse and Operations Assistant (Part-time)

We are looking to hire a reliable, responsible part-time Warehouse and Operations Assistant for our warehouse. You may need to work alone in the warehouse during every Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm (4 hours a day).

Main Duties:

• Processing, picking and packing orders within required tight timeframes
• Ensuring the right products are prepared for pick up/delivery for courier
• Inbound stock from suppliers and organising inventory efficiently in the warehouse; updating the internal inventory system
• Weekly reconciliation of orders and billing documentation via our ERP system
• Keeping the warehouse area clean, tidy and free from unnecessary hazards to uphold health and safety
• Regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Co-operating with the office customer service team to handle customer enquiries

About you:

• Team player with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with physical activity required (e.g. lifting of heavy items)
• At least 1-year relative work experience with warehouse operations and logistics
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office
