We are seeking a new Business Development Executive(Sales) to join our team.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications

Diploma/ A levels/ Bachelor's degree 3+ years in business development/ sales required
Carry out new business development and source for new clients
Experince in generating new business and new clients for staffing and recruitment services required
Generate new clients through cold calling/email campaign/f2f meeting
Strong communication and presentation skills
