Duties:
- Mortgage discharge and transfer for real estate private properties
- Do e-stamping and lodgement of documents
- Conduct title search and other searches via online
- Keep in view of all matters pending completion
- Prepare bill and keep track of any outstanding payments
- Providing assistance to lawyer in private property transactions; e-lodgement ; invoice and document generation
- Working location : Toa Payoh HDB Hub
