A local law firm is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary

Duties:

  • Mortgage discharge and transfer for real estate private properties
  • Do e-stamping and lodgement of documents
  • Conduct title search and other searches via online
  • Keep in view of all matters pending completion
  • Prepare bill and keep track of any outstanding payments
  • Providing assistance to lawyer in private property transactions; e-lodgement ; invoice and document generation
  • Working location : Toa Payoh HDB Hub
