Laboratory Technician

Job Objective:

• Assist with laboratory operations and maintenance to support quality assurance processes and objectives

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests as directed by Chemist, in compliance with established laboratory standards, policies and processes, and record all findings accurately
• Receive, label and store raw materials and production samples in accordance with United Oil's laboratory SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the laboratory, including equipment and materials used

Job Specifications:

Minimum education qualifications:

• NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Technology or relevant field

Minimum years of experience:

• 1 year of relevant experience in laboratory work
• Experience in oil and lubricant industry an advantage
