Our client is a public healthcare institution, and is looking to hire a Human Resource Executive (6 Months Contract) to manage the full spectrum of HR functions and services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and selection activities of employees to support operations
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
• Manage the offboarding activities, analyse trends and work with management to support the retention initiatives
• Manage day-to-day inquiries from staff/management and provide professional HR advice on interpreting HR policies, procedures, initiatives, and issues
• Facilitate and support the performance appraisal process to ensure objective performance reviews, promotions, salary benchmarking exercises, and career development for medical staff
• Participate in planning and executing various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives and events
• Prepare manpower reports for submission to both internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Minimum degree in business, HR or related studies
• 2-3 years’ experience in human resource management
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
